How deep are the marks?
Just use normal body filler.

Body filler is easier to work with than any of the liquid metal type products.

As long as you are not going to have them powdercoated then normal body filler will do.

Not a chance. Bought some Audi wheels for me S3 but only for the winter so just going to sell the tyres on them and then get some winters and obviously refurb them!
Got too much on to start spending 10 hours a week doing a set of wheels!!

I'd have thought ally welding would be the way forward, but if it's gotta be a bodge, then i'd suggest chemical metal. Used it on a damaged FWD transit gear case once and it held.
That said, 3M do some serious repair putties for various metals. Got some great stuff for repairing my sump once. Dear stuff but really good.

Just ordered knifing putty for the kerb marks after I read a guide on it...

Regular fillers ok on spokes but i wouldn't suggest using it on lips. Can break off when changing tyres etc, especially if you have a bit of stretch

I've used normal filler on lips in the past and the fitting of the tyre onto the wheels is the same whether you have stretch or not :s they still get slipped over the rim the same it's just whether or not they use a beadblaster to get them to seal or not :s so stretch or no stretch it's the same as far as the lips are concerned :s

I would aslong as you don't over harden it then it should be fine (talking from personal experience) If you over harden it then it will be brittle

Not from my experience. I've seen filler fall out with the shock of bead blasting before
