I don't know the first thing about these, but I'm looking for a fairly large capacity one (32gb at least) which is classified as "Fast".

I've got a recording app which will work in 1080p but recommends a "high speed" SD card.

Any recommendations?

This is what I was looking for, I saw a few references to Class 'X' but wasn't sure what to go for etc.
