Lowered that many Nova's and Corsa's that I have lost count using numerous setups including standard shocks and 60mm springs and never ever seen one fall out.

Must be down to different springs types.

Only ones that would ever fall out for me was my custom 80's

40mm is the max that most suspension companies recommend that you should lower a car when using standard shocks.

...and as for handling purposes 30-40mm is best
