Ok why is it every thread i go into the image for return to the top has changed?

Seen that before on Apple browsers, I couldn't replicate it here so I was no closer to fixing it.

Its definitely not that image being served, so I should really blame it on the browser, but I also don't think the CS code is 100% compliant. Can probably be sorted, or use browser software that isn't shit.

Used to happen a lot when using iPhone, when I cleared cache and cookies, it would go back to normal.
