Ive just bought a Corsa B 1.4 Sri, when i bought it i was told that the fuel pipe had split and the battery was flat. So i got it home got the battery off and had it on charge for over a day. I put the battery on back on the car and its got no power at all, it doesn't even light the centre display up. So i put the battery charger direct on the car and its still got no power at all. Has anyone got an idea of what it might be?

Have you checked all of the fuses, and earths?
You ask these question in the help zone by the way.

I'd also be suspecting the battery, if its run completely flat you may also find it may not take a charge.

yeah, but surely with a charger directly on it, i would of thought it would of turned the ignition on?

Depending whether the charger has any protection against having too much current drawn from it. You shouldn't really connect that directly.
But yeah, could have got lights with that.
You say you've checked all the fuses - even the big engine bay ones? There's a block behind the wiper scuttle, can't remember exactly where or what is in it but it'll give you more fuses than just the ones by your right leg when you're in the driver's seat.

try another battery, and if the problem still continues then it maybe some of the fuses or earth.
