Hmm.

Eg.

A pick up truck with have another few foot of vechile behind the rear wheels.

Dispute is about a corsa, and rear wheels are dead on the parking bay lines

In Windsor if you're hanging over a bay you get a ticket. The bay has to be fully marked though, ie it can't just be two lines for a reverse bay

It's got to be the vehicle, if it was the wheels it'd be 'legal' to render spaces useless

Tbh he lives within the boundaries of London, so it's hardly suprising. Theres always some jobsworth out to make their quota also.

I always make sure I park properly when I venture in around that area.

Neighbour was being a prick, and told me to move. To which I said no. Tried discussing, they started shouting. So at that point I shouted back and refused to move

What about large vans parked in bays, like generation said earlier? I've seen them over the line and into the bay behind at car parks.
