Ok so its that time again, i have managed go through my rear tyres in about 7000 miles and its time for a change again.
Being the wonderful lot you all are, i need some decent opinions on tyres.

Size is 255/35/18

Camskill seems to be coming up trumps in this case, Clicky for camskill

Im looking at the Continentals, Pirellis or Vredstiens - My only requirement is grip (both in the wet and dry) I'm struggling at the moment with my Dunlops at around 2-3mm to maintain traction once on boost in second.. its not much fun to be fair

thoughts and opinions welcome

Goodyear eagle f1 assymetric 2. In a 265/35/18 they hold 400lbft on my 200sx

I've got Kuhmo KU39's of the same size, seem pretty good for the price! Though if budget allows I'd go for the Eagle F1's, excellent tyres.

Cant recommend him enough! Normally cheaper as postage is free and if not he will try to beat anyone cheaper! And normally next day delivery! Faultless service the last few times ive used them

I'm guessing you've got a beemer too?

I've only ever had Michelin Pilot Sports 2's and 3's on. I cant say a bad word about them, and they've lasted for over 15,000, i've still got plenty of tread left for now too. One thing I will say though is to get the most out of them, you have to be precise with the tyre pressures, and maintain the tyre pressure.

It's for a Toyota.. So tyre pressures are a guesstimate.. Normally go with about 2.1 bar in the rear

My Beemer has 255/35/18's on, that's why I assumed it may have been a bmw, I still say Michelin pilot sports though, but then my bmw is RWD so I guess that makes a difference.

That's an odd set of pressures.. Usually the fronts more due to engine weight

Staggered Fitment. My fronts are 225/40/18.

Plus the fact the bmw has almost exactly 50/50 weight distribution.

Did a trackday in greasy conditions on eagle f1's yesterday,they were amazing
