Checked my two pipes atbthe back of the engine and neither are warm, suggestions would be great!?

This should be in help section but...

Check the coolant level is it low? If it is fill it up see if it goes again quickly. Is the car warming up? It could be a thermostat.

Worst case is Head Gasket i believe but id check out other options first

Other worst case is heater matrix.

I had a heater matrix go in a VW passat and the whole fucking dashboard had to come out. Arse !

My mate had one go in his (then) brand new Renault Laguna in about '96, he took it back to Renault who said it was such a big job to do in that car, they gave him a brand new car

Piece of piss to get the heater matrix done on a B or C, justa few trim panels have to come off the bottom if the centre console. 50 for a new matrix and an hours labour at a decent garage.
