Been and gone thank fuck. Shtting through the eye of a needle, headache, aches and shivers, migraines. Didnt get a cold, but then it wasnt flu, so I guess it was another winter bug doing the rounds.

Missus is laid up; made her an awesome hot toddy last night. Half a lemon, zest of half a lemon, a lemsip sachet, tablespoon on honey, 50ml brandy, cinnamon stick, topped up with boiling water.

She had two and crashed out, slept all night through.

I copped for it a few week back. Hope it dosent come back at xmas as i tend to be ill on xmas day

Currently not feeling the best but had a few days off last week and now I'm thinking I just need to pile on some sugar and stodgy foods.
I'd class this as boy flu rather than man flu.

I've got it proper bad phlem on the chest nose running waking up choking on a night or nose so blocked I can't breathe, coughing and feel like I'm dying!!! Been to doctors today and been given sudafed to try n combat it a little and been told plenty of hot drinks

Started Friday with a nose bleed. Saturday i woke up throwing up followed by another nose bleed. Sunday coughing like an old man. Today i'm fine

Luckily I'm not of those people that rarely get ill.

Only time I've been proper ill ie sick and shits was lat year, and that was first time in my life.

Drive me fkin mad, so sympathy to you
