I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

I don't think its fucked, just probably not a good time to sell, its been up a while and he's come down. Probably difficult compared to what else you can have for £10k.

Aren't they usually like £20-30k?

£10k is too much for me to take the risk with tbh

Last time I saw one, £16k I think.

You'd need to keep it tidy, probably spend a bit more on it to sort out the other jobs but it shouldn't lose money. They're not getting any more common.

A lot of money.

But a hell of a lot of lovely car.

Especially when you consider the horrible new price of these and the scarcity of them even when they were new.

Also when you consider what that husk of a MK I Mex went for, plus the money that wasn't accepted for that minted, gold GL Capri.

Anyone seen his contact phone number? :/

But it's a fucking lovely car, and honestly if I had the money I would. It's a garented earner.

That's definitely a mad phone number.

Reads like the kind of thing that someone like Bill Murray would make up on the spot and give out to someone he was trying to fuck off.

Worth every penny. Its just the wrong time to sell anything like this. Only ever going to go up in value if you sort out the niggly bits. Far safer than stocks or shares.

I had a customer in Ireland, used to get two lines of number on the screen when he called.

Looks like a K reg on the pic? Plates are shagged though.

Would love one of these, Although I think if I was spending 10k on a car, I wouldn't buy one, Which I think is true for most people.

However, seems like a nice car, fix the rust thats starting to come through and the other small issues and that'll be a mint car.

If I had the money and it didn't have loads of owners, i'd visit and inspect as thoroughly as I was able.

If she was good enough, i'd snap her up. Wouldn't hesitate.
