Anyone on here had one or know much about them? Been offered one and considering buying it and running it into the ground, then scrapping it.
Is a 2.0 petrol.

The only thing worse than a PT Cruiser is a PT Cruiser convertible.

A few years back our Blackpool illuminations meet was on the same night as a PT Cruiser meet, I'm not sure which had more lights, Blackpool or the PT Cruisers

I drove one across the country once. Horrible experience.
The car was picked up from service and looked to be in good condition, however it had so many rattling sounds I was sure it wouldn't survive the 4 hour drive.
Combined with excessive amounts of wind noise, having a conversation while on the motorway was a no-go.
Interior is ghastly. Plastic of the worst possible quality everywhere.
Horrible manual box as well.
Can't comment on reliability, but I wouldn't ever own one.
Take it for a drive, should make up your mind. I'm certain that anyone who buys one just think they look cool and have no idea how a proper car is supposed to feel and drive.

Not too bad. Seem cheap and pretty reliable. Plus fold down the rear seats and you got yourself what is in essence a small van with quite a tall back.
Least its a bit different to all the 3 series around.

Does this not describe almost any hatchback?

To an extent. but the height is a definite advantage compared to most other hatchbacks

Worked on a few manuals and autos. Didn't enjoy fixing them or driving them. I think they might actually be worse than the Voyager.
If it's completely free and you're a little fella James, plus you have no transport other than your legs, then go for it.
If it's any money at all and you're taller than 5' 8'', just walk away.
Give it a drive, i'm sure you'll dislike it
Also, you have to stand on one leg, pat your head and rub your belly anti-clockwise, whilst singing the national anthem backwards with your eyes shut, to get the things to start. More or less. In my experience.
Oh and they beep and bong at you like a retarded robot, so you will end up braking your fist from punching fuck out of the dash in a beep-bong related rage.
