put the van on ebay yesterday morning to sell it, bidding was going great and by last night it had even met the reserve, look at ebay this morning and they have removed the listing and suspended my account because of unauthorized use of my account, i have got to change all my passwords ect before i can get back on ebay, BUT it wont let me log in to change them grrrr, not fucking happy

i have no idea but i cant do anything on there now, it keeps saying they need to veryfy who i am before i reset my password, doent tell me how to veryfy though!!!

After a long heated discussion on the phone this morning with them they decided they thought the account had been hacked by some Nigerian, but they have now relisted it for me, how nice of them, Iv lost all my bidders and watchers now!

I'd rather the small inconvenience than have me account hacked, if they allowed someone to get into your account and make purchases you'd be complaining too, what's worse?

Why did you need to call them when they have live chat advisor's who could probably have sorted the problem there and then.
