Aye its a joke, was like wtf.
He said its because the time of ownership plays a big part in the experience of the car, how it handles etc. lol.
When i put all the details in, it only asks for the month when purchased, which was all correct.

Just double checked.
Purchase date was 9th September. Purchase date on policy is September. So they are trying to hit me with 9 days if for example the purchase date would be for the start of September.
This is ridiculous lol.

9 days is a joke but purchase date normally makes a difference to premium.

It dosn't give the option though for the exact date.
Seriously considering telling them to gtf, but seeing as this is the 15th day, where would i stand in getting some of my deposit back?? Its through no fault of my own all this shit, so surely i have some sort of right to cancel and get something back.

So they came good in the end. Have honoured the 6 years NCB, and dropped the price accordingly.
Also turns out that i put the purchase date as 2012 lol.
