At my wits-end with my shitty mirror in my bathroom. I've bought a few "fog free" mirrors but after a week or so, they start fogging up. Anyone know of a decent one I can get? Only has to be small.

Unless it's a heated mirror - that'll stay fog-free.

I just open the window when I'm in the shower, sorts the problem.
Ed's solution is good if you can get power to it.

Rub toothpaste in to it and it won't fog up.

In that case try some car wax or paint sealant - it's got the same sort of stuff in it and will be easier to apply.

You can get heated mirrors that run on batteries

Wouldn't RainX (or similar work)?
Shaving cream does work though (just slap a bit on and rub it around like you're using window cleaner) although you have to reapply every so often.

Spread a bit of Head & Shoulders on the mirror & polish it off with a clean cloth once it dries a bit. Doesn't stop it steaming up completely but once the shower is off it'll clear very quickly. We use it in the rally cars, saves £1000 for a heated windscreen
