Adrenaline. I was in a crash once where a girl I know broke two vertebrae and slipped two discs in her neck and she was up walking around right after it happened. It was only as the adrenaline wore off that we realised something serious had happened.

^ When I rolled my first car I got up and walked away no problem then collapsed a minute later, adrenaline is awesome.

Car probably had the back seats folded down and no driver so pretty much weighed nothing.

The wheels didn't catch him, there is more clearance under a car than you would think.

The wheels definantly go over him, looks like one goes over his neck. I wouldnt expect him to be alive let alone get up!!

I reckon it must be a high curb, so the front of the wheels just glance over him due to the angle the car is on.
