Going to be a while I think, unfortunately. Looking forward to seeing the 918, though!

One went passed me on test in surrey a few weeks back. Had the black and white stickers all over it.
The sound was immense
I do actually love this car. Thought the last one was quite wank

P1 was nice butttt, it will NEVER have the passion etc. of a Ferrari or a Lambo, and hugely expensive. great engineering no doubt and will have a niche market but id never buy one over a n other exotic sports car (not that thgeyll care one jot!)

same - stunning! Exorbitant price tag given the lack of equipment/space/quality of materials etc

Now you're just quoting top gear presenters.

Who cares about passion? Passion gave the la ferrari and awful name and even more awful mirrors.

I like Top Gear, it reminds me about what happened a few months ago. It's like Rude Tube.

Why was Clarkson referring to the engine on the P1 as a generator? It's a parallel hybrid with a 7 speed DCT - hence the paddles on the steering wheel.

Trying to appease the tree huggers, saying it's only there to power the electric unit.

That, or it's another example of the BBC's lack of respect to the intelligence of it's audience.

In 2006ish he said a car had brake discs as big as dustbin lids and i've always thought it depends on your dustbin, most are square bins now so that kinda ruins his facts..
