right... surely someone will know about this stuff
i want to change the front indicator bulb from the normal big one to the same size that is in the wing repeater...
but obliviously i have the problem that it will flash too fast,
people say i need resistance to slow the current but how much resistance?

Problem with a resistor is that it'll get hot.
Indicator relay needs to see a total load of, I think 49 watts = 22 in the front and rear and 5 in the side repeater.
If you downgrade the 22 to a 5, you need to burn another 17.
resistance = volt^2 / watts
= 144 / 17
=~ 8 ohm.
