Food is expensive, doesn't mean you eat the cheapest brand on the shelf.

No but you need good food to live.
If you have the disposable then good for you, but even if I did I wouldn't waste it on fuel doing 30k a year. Rather have a weekend naughty toy and a economical hack

Indeed....hence the TT V6 on the drive.
I needed something robust enough to tackle seeing some clients who live in rather tricky areas.

Don't go for the black. I have a Zetec S fiesta in that colour and the black shows up every single mark, no matter how small it is. Its even worse after you polish it.

Are you sure the focus zetec s gets a 2.0 tdci? I thought it was 1.6tdci and 1.0 125ps petrol only.
They look best in white. Black hides the bodykit and looks shit.

I take it you are financing this car. In which case, go for the white. You will hate black after 2 years.
What's the difference if he is getting it on finance or not
I love these cunting comments!
I used to buy new/pre registered cars because they were nice new and shiny. I'd hate to be paying for something that looks like has been washed with a Brillo.

It's the engines that baffling me I no book figures are massively over rated, Chaz what MPG do you get out of the Kuga? I no it's a different car bigger ect ect but roughly?
36ish but mines also awd.
My father in law has the 1.6 115 tit x and gets approx 47mpg
My dads just ordered the Kuga titanium x sport in the 2.0 TDI variant also, sure he got low 40's in his previous one, although that was the old shape mind.

Normal driving, you're looking at 7-10mpg less than the combined figure.
There a 2 focus zetec s' in my work, one red with 18's and privacy glass which looks lovely and the other is white with standard 17's and privacy glass. That one also looks nice, but needs the bigger alloys.
black would be a no go for me. We had a black new shape focus and it got dirty within a day of cleaning it and hid all the lines. With the zetec s, you want a lighter colour to show off the bodykit.
they must have upgraded the engine choice since the st came out to bridge the gap between models. 1.6 ecoboost is a great engine and an ideal base for a remap, which'll give you over 200bhp. 2.0 tdci is a good motor aswell.
1.0 ecoboost is great but it depends whether you want such a small engine.

Yeah I was surprised by the engines variations you can have, although makes up for the naff extras you can choose. Surprised you cant spec leather or sony radio, only 2 things I really wanted as well went to ford to ask if you ordered direct if you could spec those and apparently not. You have to go to the titanium then you get the naff extirior.
I have to say I spotted a red one today and they do look nice, hardest part is colour, going to go with the 2.0 TDI a map would see if over 200BHP if I wanted more out of it, doubt I will though 163 will be ample.

Would of thought that was standard now across all models. The only radio upgrade is to ford nav which I'm not interested in so see what radio it is when it's built and ready.
Shame you cant spec the sony though.

Ok so after looking through loadssss of pictures of black & white ones I've decided to go for white. As a few mentioned white does definetly show off the body kit and lines so white it is. Optional 18's and privacy glass also added for the outside. Now a 8/10 week wait till it's built and ready. Can't wait be nice going from an old daily hack to a new car again.

Thanks, had to go with your idea of seeing the lines and symmetry more, black made it look thin and long where as the white emphasises the shape more.
Going to be pretty boring in side unfortunately as couldnt get the sony radio or climate controle ect. So went with convinence pack, auto city start stop and I think that it for interior extras. Was very little to choose from, but atleast the exterior will look smart, also went with the 2.0TDI 163bhp read some good reviews and has some grunt.
