Not a bad motor really, they hate big wheels though for some reason, kills the power as the engine is still relitively small.

talkin about kicks, rode my mates 80cc crosser the other day, went in first and second ok was keepin the front end down, changed to third full throttle was ok, then as soon as hit hit mid range the front wheel went flyin in the air! neva felt a powerband like it !
Also, when i thrash my car to the limiter i chnage gear and the revs seem to hold to about 4thousand? is this normal for a 8v as i thought 16s hold their revs high?

no idea.... only car I had with 8v was my 1100 fiesta and that couldnt hold anything !

if your revving to like 6krpm and change gear it's not gonna drop to 1krpm becasue it's a 8v makes no difference, what the diff is is that there is more power higher up for the 16v's and no point revving a 8v that high.

i got a 1.4 sport, what to say, can pull out of junctions quite fast , feel like i'm caning the car the reach 100mph, suspension is shite, brakes r crap at high speeds.
Can feel the "power" at 3500rpm in 3rd if u floor it
Better than a lot of cars, worse than most!

when i overtake and change gear the car i'm overtaking seems to go faster like it does pull better at low revs, but just seems to sound like it's pulling better higher up, and yes i kno they get louder the more u rev em-its weird!
