I spoke to the bank they said have to be at the company for 12 months with 6 months left on a contract,
12 months is in july, however I am looking at changing roles there for contract and agency, but still at JLR using Paysure to sort out my finances.
Any ideas how the bank would see this? will I need to wait another 12 months ?

It's best to ask a mortgage adviser really. Don't give up at your first reply either.
For example, Halifax would not give me a second mortgage but there were a whole bunch of lenders that would.
