Fuck me what a load of crap they are.

Thought I would phone them up and let them know that I have changed from self employment to paye so I dont get shafted for my tax and I have been on the phone for 42mins and I am still on hold.

Can be a real pain in the arse to deal with, sometimes you're lucky sometimes you're not. Seems to be quieter in the morning

Stick the number in saynoto0870, it'll give you a geographic alternative that in my experience gets answered straight away. Withhold your number though or they get arsey.
