Anyone had any experience with these? Looking at a 3 year Elite model with 15k on the clock.

Been at the figures this evening and over 3 years it works out a little bit cheaper if i trade in now rather than later after the offer Lookers have given me on the Pug. After 3 years, the Astra will be worth more than 50p the Pug would/will be giving it's a diesel.

Chain driven dti's were stopped around 2004/5. They were very reliable, I had one for 5 years and nothing went wrong but as said they were very noisy!

130 or 160ps? Timing belts/water pumps are common, egr coolers too. Noisy boost valves, turbo hoses splitting. Not too bad tho. Get me a reg and I can see any VX history on it, make sure it's got no dodgy repairs/huge history.

It's the 165 version.

This is an ex mobility car, meant to be taking a test drive Sunday.
