It's come the time to sell my bike to put the money towards a house deposit, where is the best place to sell.

Seen eBay are charging a fortune to sell on there lately and also auto trader is now online only, is there anywhere else I could try that doesn't cost a small fortune?

Wish I didn't have to sell it but every penny counts at the moment

Classified car ads are only £12 for 28 days on ebay, which isn't bad.

Gumtree is free isn't it? You'll probably have to deal with the pikeys/scammers of society though.

That's one thing that is putting me off selling it privately but it's the only way to get a good price.

Didn't think of gum tree

I don't understand why you wouldn't put this in Auto-Trader?
It's the first place people look.

I had the feeling not as many people used auto trader these days which was why they scrapped the magazine version.

Nope, they just got with the times and realised people want to buy vehicles on days that aren't Thursdays.

It's the same reason why the Loot died as eBay became so big.
