Simply, is it 'illegal/against the law' to NOT change a tyre valve or valve insert on a car type valve/pressure monitor valve?

I know it's best practise and most people do.

But is it 'illegal/against the law'?

Is so can someone send me a link please as I can't find anything saying it is

there is no law regarding a tyre valve.
