Got the choice of what I upgrade my work phone too.

Being an Iphone person I never really look at anything else.

Choice is

HTC 0NE MINI
NOKIA LUMIA 925
SAMSUNG S4 MINI

Which one would be best?

Easy, Lumia. Those 'mini' are vastly cut down versions of the full-blown (the Z1 Compact is about the only 'mini' worth looking at).

smcGSI16V - Lumia is Windows Phone, S4 Mini and HTC One Mini are Android-based (they have they're own UI frameworks).

I have had a windows phone before which I liked, that was a samsung omnia 7, which i really liked.

Curent workphone uses Android although 2 years old, and I have never really got on with it.

I am very much use to using ios.

WP (now 8) has changed a shed load since the days of your Samsung Omnia 7 (ran WP7) and the new shipping update, WP8.1, has a load of decent improvements.

I'd certainly go spend ten minutes in a phone shop and have a play with the Lumia's
