2.5 is either 88 or 102bhp.

1.9 90bhp will be a conversion, or they have wound the pump and boost up?

think they're about 1600kg in weight as a vehicle so not particularly heavy for a van. the conversion to the 90-110bhp 1.9 tdi engine is supposed to be relatively simple. think they were in mk3 golf and early seat leons.

do you really want to be arsed pulling an engine out though? if you did a PD 130 engine would be a good swap I reckon, but no idea how straight forward it would be.

they may be cheaper, but it's not what I want. The glass is cut in I believe there ain't van panels as such that I am aware of?
