Yesterday myself and 6 others had planned to go a drive around some localish roads. Heres some pics of the day, couldnt of asked for better weather. Maybe a bit too good as cyclists were out in force, only near towns thankfully and not on the best bits of the route.
Basically went from Buckie - Aberdeen - Banchory - Ballater - Braemar - Glenshee - Lecht - Dufftown - Rothes - Buckie. Around 220 miles covered
Nice variety of cars there aswell
Integra DC5
Integra DC2
Nissan R35 GTR
Mk4 golf R32
Mini JCW GP
Mk3 Golf (1.8 20vT)
Mk1 Golf GTi

The mk1 took a thrashing that day, only problem being a bonnet catch coming loose at 3 figure speeds it doesnt normally see
GTR is my mates, only had it a week. Track spec with no rear seats, only 14k on the clock

Anyone we passed mustve wondered wtf was going on. First off two integra's with spoon n1's followed by a gtr and then an r32 with full non res milltek and a GP mini that popped and crackled aswell. Wish I got some flyby videos.
Hoping to make it a regular thing and try some other roads that are fairly local

Thats looks like a great day out, might try and organise one with my mates during the summer. If your are heading out again a fly by video would be great, as you mentioned.

I was at the front aswell so only view was the dc5 leading the way. I was enjoying the roads too much to slow down and film everyone passing me. Im sure there will be plenty other times
