A driving ban isn't relative to the charge so that would never have been an option for them. He's done something that has got into the public eye which could well lead to copy cat behavior, he was never going to get off easy.

Is it suspended though ? He will do 4 month at the worst . Maybe that will give his girlfriends dad time to calm down. He would never be able to drive a car again if that had of been my daughter . It's very very lucky he didn't kill anyone

Nice. Heard about this from a pal during the day today.
Should have banned him from driving too though and barred him for life from every motorsport venue in the country.
Hopefully he'll accidentally get sent to the real-life, UK equivalent of Oswald maximum security penitentiary and get someone like Adebisi as his cell-mate!

Completely uncalled for IMO. Fair enough people may say he deserves it etc put lives at danger and all that. But people do 'real' crimes and don't even get a jail sentence.
Just another sentence that makes no sense compared to other crimes.
