Going to a sugar factory to work for 6 weeks as from Monday. Looking for somewhere to stay for 2 people sharing a room. I've tried looking on Google and phoned 118 but I'm getting travel lodges and etc.

Got roughly 25-30 per night each. Some please help.

Why not look on travel sites like Trivago, Hotels.com, Bookings.com etc? Obviously it's also worth looking on the Travelodge, Holiday Inn and Premier Inn sites as well.

Northfolk?

Never heard of it.

There is however a huge sugar factory I go past when I visit my Grandad in Norfolk.

Search for that, may be easier to find accommodation.

Not for 6 weeks Jon. We found some where but can only have us for a week. That's good for me as I finish Friday as going turkey Saturday but not the other bloke. It's hard trying to find somewhere for under £30 a night.

Thanks found somewhere for 85 a week including bills and wifi so extra cash in pocket.

Thats not bad at all doon south - i was staying with a single bloke - was pretty sound, made me tea each night too

Two of us are gonna be sharing with 3 blokes already live there going to look on Monday.

I'm only there for 4 days then turkey for 2 weeks then go back on the 14th until the 18th then go on a stag do until the 20th then back on the 21st for 2 weeks.

Our company pays £38 a day lodge so I'll just rent it when I'm on holiday so I got digs when I'm back.

You pay tax on that? We get £38 a day plus 40p a mile working from home bonus and a days wage for travel it's only 120 miles from me.

No tax and paid direct to bank before we leave - its like £57 or something
