The next iPhone upgrade is likely to be released in the Autumn, so it depends if you can wait for the new one or not really.

lg g3 looks awesome - make sure you get 3gb ram version
note 4 out in september/october if you like phablets
iphone 6 out october if you like iphones but bigger
