Surprised it's still going at all tbh with the rate at which magazine sales are dwindling.

Cancelled my subscription last month after getting them since 2005.
Newer mags have been shite compared to the older ones, not as diverse IMO.

Not surprised, cars just arent exciting any more, most people are bored of them.
Oh look another 350bhp vxr. doesnt help when manufacturers are just lazy or downright crap at designing cars, concentrating on what will sell the most rather than making the top models actually exciting and innovative.
I know this is the their primary remit, but that doesnt make it any better for us in terms of having anything exciting to motivate us.

Would bring it more in line with the show, makes more sence really. Now Kelsy have the rights to all of it, there going to want to make as much a brand out of it as possible - I don't understand why Future didn't call it Performace Vauxhall really considering what they called the show.

Haven't bought for well over a year, nothing stands out as exciting info.
So many builds available online, even then most of which are boring as fuck. People just modify less, and buy less magazines. Magazine is being smart reducing copies released I think. Only a matter of time before nah is gone completely

Generic Internet builds are boring. Nobody has built anything cool in years since my corsa basically as it was and will be the best due to its home built paid for in cash approach.

As much as I think you're a dick, you do speak the truth on that one point, Nic.
Amazing that you built that monster with paper Round money.

I built my cav with drug money, and am doing my Vectra with drug money, my ambition is to have it featured in performance Vauxhall magazine

You could say that they were performance enhancing drugs.

What clap trap young man.
Cars "new" ones specifically are generally better than they ever have been.
Corsa Gsi? Or Corsa VXR? One is a rust bucket that likes understeer for breakfast, one is a largely refined, faster and accomplished handler.

The lack of Corsas is a shame, and it's turning into retro Vauxhall and Opel now. I really need to cancel my subscription.
