my dad has quit recently after bout 40 years
ive hid all hiz ciggies and he's doing well but my mum keeps bringing it up
surly this cant be helping him?
what can i do to help?

tommorow when hes out im gonna put all ashtrays about the place in the loft where he cant find em

i smoked for 6 years and gave up just like that. smoked a fag put it out and never smoked again so it can be done

i've just givin up smoking. im 20, smoked for 6 yrs, i've been on 20 a day for the past 2 and half years and realised i spent £150 month on the feckers.

my Pappy is dieing of lung cancer too, so thats made me realise. it is the worst way to go.

i haven't smoked for 3 weeks now

the first week was the hardest, but then all my cravings seem to have stopped! still lose me rag abit quick though!

i feel so much more alive now, i used to feel tired all the time.

some of my friends treated it as a joke, and kept poking fags in my face, needless to say they are no longer my so called friends. fuck em if they want to be like that.

yeah, so it ain't helpful if peeps aren't being surportive, but i dunno what you can do boutn your mum m8!

i cut down to slik cut ultras, gonna give up after my A levels hopefully, just not worth the extra stress at the moment, but i know its a waste of money, its killing me and it stinks!

Adam-D the best way to help your dad is send him to a hypnotherapist. My dad went years ago and he stopped and it was cheap enough as well!
