I've got a 2003 zafira gsi that I want to put the z20leh engine from it in to a Corsa d 1.4 2007. Does anyone have the wiring diagrams for both these vehicles. Any help appreciated thanks.

not many corsa D's been done with z20lets
could prove tricky with them being full canbus cars and all the control units needing to talk to each other?
you may need to run a corsa d turbo ecu set? or astra H or j set?
you will need to get any ecu's un paired or divorced and then paired or married up in the new set up.
i think mtec in holland built one in a blue corsa vxr quiet a few years back?
seen a red one at pvs about 4 years ago to.
never caught on like the corsa c due to the corsa vxr being so tune-able.
good luck with it, its good to see cars that are not so main stream being built

If they are still rocking the Motronic M1.5.5. ECU can bus isn't an issue, you just need to flash the engine-map and add the MAP sensor wiring.

motronic 7.6.2 on the corsa D Z14XEP
getting the engine to run wouldn't be a problem its getting the rest of the car to work that will be the issue with it being full canbus.
the vxr has a motronic 7.6.3 ecu so may be compatible? i dont have the info on what the 1.4 turbo corsa d has?
it may be the z14xep can be flashed to run boost?
or run 2 ecu's to trick the body into thinking the original engine is still in?

i was told you can't get the Z22SE to fit and work in the corsa C but managed it.
if you want it you find a way and there is Z20LET corsa D's out there just finding who did them and hopefully they will help.
