Need to drill some holes into bathroom tiles.

Any drill bits recommended? Don't mind paying for better quality stuff, loss of stuff about but no idea what's shit.

last time i did it just used masonry bit but masking taped the tile to stop the bit slipping. Took it really slowly and all was fine.

Only use tile bits for really hard stuff. Just turn the hammer off and a masonry bit will be fine as Richard said

i got my tile drill from screwfix, worlds apart from a masonary bit

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Not worth risking using a masonry drill bit when you can get the proper ones from Screwfix for under £10. They are a lot quicker aswell
