i just emailed the guy, he said he put £30 down cos he didnt know what the postage would be. It cost me £12.50 to have lexus clusters sent to me insured, so email him and negotiate shipping

ok, i've just sent him an email asking for contact info from him and checking about the indicator thing as well, even though they do look like it from the indicator bit...

So hopefully i'll get his email address and post it here for you to get in contact with him.
