Currently displays SAFE, so i turn on with AS held down and get 10 ----, but pressing 1,2,3 or 4 doesnt increment the code on the display! Driving me nuts! What am i doing wrong?

Fuse 12 or 35 for the radio

3 and 24 for the display.

I'm guessing the buttons were OK before you needed the code so you can rule out a faulty front panel?

It was working absolutely fine. I've had the car in storage for 5 months or so with the battery disconnected and every month I would start the car up for 20mins or so to keep it happy and pop in the stereo code which worked fine.

Now I'm actually going to start using the car again the stereo does this (typical)...

I'm hoping it's a fuse, I will try the ones that you have suggested and report back. Thanks.

Was the connector behind the panel... Somehow a few of the pins had snapped. Going to get aftermarket.
