I'm looking to get some 16" Team Dynamics Monzas. They come in various offsets, but u can get ET 45 or ET 50. Which would be better? Any replies appreciated.

get et 45. they will fit fine and allow you to drop an easy 60mm with no probs. (as long as 7" wide) et 50 would bring the wheels too far in and catch on the suspension

if u go for et50 ones u can put 3-5mm spacers on

thought 5mm spacers where the smallest you can get. get the 45's mate.
