£1079 fully comprehensive on a 1.2 16v Sxi 2000 (X)
But with a 1.6 16v throttle bodied engine transplant and 170bhp declared. Also all body/wheels/suspension/ice mods declared! 
Not only that. Tesco insurance quoted me £1987 fully comp on a TVR Cerbera 4.5 V8!

well the rule of thumb with this company seems to ring a few times, see what happens to the number. I've only rang once and got through to someone who's first language WASNT english. Always tripple check and get them to send it on headed notepaper.

Yes but can you affrod the petrol to run a V8 TVR? ? ! ! !
Got a mate who is 21 and drives a cerbera, hes got trade insurance and a crappy mileage limitation!!! So only takes it out very occasionally!
