12.5% staff discount, but the starter pay is less than B&Q up here anyway, and the supervisors pay rate is a piss-take. oh and Halfords have recently been sold. they used to be owned by Boots and the word round the campfire is that things arent going swimmingly with the new owners.
Personally I am well glad I am out of there.
