Got a job interview the morra and i'm feckin nervous cause i've not been to one in 3yrs. Any ideas on how to stay calm??

Went for a job interview the other day, was an internal vacancy n this bloke got me the companys interviewers guide with all different questions/answers competency levels. Came in very handy i must say, gutted if i dont get it now!

Right, I interview people for posts quite alot - Tell em what they want to here, make sure you answer their questions fully and explain all your experiences.

Doesn't matter if your nervous they will know that and quite often they are nervous aswell, they will take that into account.

But if you get asked the questions about what are your weakness's pick something trivial like "sometimes you can get a bit too enthusiastic or something like that."
