Need to now the tyre size then do 3.141 x diameter

20 inch wheels plus 2 x 45 mm each side for the tyre wall = 23 inches

23 * 3.141 = 72.243

45 isn't mm, its a percentage of the width

so start with 255/100 * 45
then add that to the 20" of wheel. and multiply by 3.14

so thats 1904mm, but from what I've got here

a 205/55x15 has 607mm and
a 215/40/17 has 606mm
