Many of the sweets that were available when I was a child have disappeared from the shelves.Ones that I do remember are...
"Glees" (similar to Skittles)
Peppermint "Crunchie" (with green honeycomb)
Peanut,Toffee and All Chocolate "Treets" that melt in your mouth...not in your hand!
"Aztec" and "Tiffin" bars
Fry's Chocolate Cream
Cadburys "Milk Tray" chocolate bars which in reality were probably left-over chocolates from the factory just covered in more milk chocolate
Toffee Buttons (Cadbury's chocolate buttons with a toffee centre)

can get frys chocolate, orange and mint cremes from a shop up the road.
