to hold some one up on the road.
ie- 2night,1 of my mates (in a punto) tried over taking another mate (in a saxo) on a duel carridge way, but there wasnt enough road left. so he cut the saxo up, and almost crashed. hes saying that its illegal to hold the road up. when he was driving extremely dangerous.
is it illegal?

Not sure but the police would probably have a word if you were doing 5 mph... why did your mate *HAVE* to overtake?

If your mate is driving dangerously and by the sound of it on the wrong side of the road then he aint got a leg to stand on.
