mongoose, i have one and can't fault it, but then i have no experience with scorpion.
can tell ya mongoose is mandrel bent so is continous rather than welded. Read that on the leaflet.

i have a mongoose on my golf & honestly can fault it, fits perfectly, build quality is excellent, and the noise is deep at low rpm's but its not over powering at high rpms

balls, i cant find it
anyhow the jist of it was that Magnex exhausts now re-circulate the gases up to 3 times back & forth leading to a more restrictive exhaust
old magnex systems where straight thru, but apparently they have to changed how they manufacture them
basically they used to be good, but not they aint good except for show
