it was mentioned in top gear. has any1 rang the number? has any1 dun it?

i want to know what the rules are. i bet its over 21's only. im 18 !

can someone please tell me whether its true, have they done it and what the rules and conditions are?

but if u need to go somewhere for a weekend holiday, n u want some space and a free car ther u go. its also free insurance presumably and breakdown cover, so thats ur answer to all ur probs.

blimy enuff ot the sarcasim i think there'd b loads of terms and conditions they aint lickely to give some kid a car for 2 days, insurance etc
