you gotta get all 100 packages to get it. its got an auto aiming mini gun and dual rocket launchers with infinate ammo!!

its pissing me off, you need either all of the hidden packages or 100% of the game complete before it appears at that army place.
if you put cheats in too, the game takes away some of the hidden packages, so you can never get the helicopter. i give up. bastards.

yeah u need 2 keep putting the cheat in for car invincibilty or the army people will shoot u down, you need 2 go and get it in another helicopter 2.
