personally i prefer mine without a dump valve - sounds better with the chatter from the wastegate

Expensive and not as reliable as a naturally aspirated engine (ie. C20XE).

actually, they blow aswell!! as you said they do 'suck' air into the turbo, but only as a result of high amounts of air needed to be able to produce a higher pressure of air to 'blow' into the engine, often reffered to as boost!!

put on a larger turbo, increase lag and make the car more drivable.

i agree, i cant stand the sound of dump valves.

mate has one on his Evo & it just ruins the car imo

When i say false readings i dont mean by much.

I've never been to crail so cant say? Pod gives u all the feet/speed/time readings, top speed, lauch time and q-mile time?

crail gives u reaction time, 60 feet(secs), mph, ur finishing time (secs).
