VIRUS! Evacuate the surrounding area for about 1/4 mile and count to 2000 if the area aint been taken out hiroshima style then its prob just a random error caused by loads of shite on the comp, running the windows setup to replace system files only should sort it out !

its not a file problem as such a file with the extension.dll is a file that is run within the windows shell as a small program, to quarantine the file which would remove it from use would fuk windows up royally, bes bet is the re-install then u dont lose installed progs but windows gets a fresh start thus over writing the effected file

with kernal_in_page_error, if that occurs for no reason during high CPU load, and if ur comp is running slow, id put money on the CPU overheating, ive had too many come through my hands like that.

Or in my case i discovered my CPU was just totally and utterly fucked
