How do you mean by "bending the pipes"
Would I be right in thinking that a bit of pipe is gonna be needed between the backbox and the rest of the exhaust, just to make them meet.
Do the mounts/elastic hanging bits meet up??

pipe on the back ov corsa C comes off on an angle so yes u wud need some pipe welding on to match it up.and the hangers are diff 2 y dont u have a look at ur standard zorst on ur corsa C and look at the corsa b zorst and u will see what the difference is

Cheers danny. Its actually the other way round. I have a B and the exhaust is from a C, but I suppose what ur saying works in reverse.

The way the pipe comes out from the centre section/silencer an at the connecting point to the backbox... Length is not too much of an issue, just angle, an getting the angle right thats annoying. Have to take it out bend it slightly, try it in the system, again an again till a perfect fit before welding... But in answer to the question, not hard... Could do it ureself or a garage should do it for bout 25/30 quid...

cut and shut your standard back box and the irmscher one together. use the corsab hangrs and bit where it joins the centre pipe and use the silencer from the irmscher one.

Kris TD speeks truth, except use no centre silencer (my personal pereferance) and dont use hangers, i hate the things, use cable ties or get it welded... (again a personal preferance)...
