How big is the risk of smoothing in arches or a bumper, coz it could crack from a slight shake, couldn't it!?!?! is there a way of preventing this? ne1 had this prob b4?

Not too sure, but Dawsons have smoothed my whole bodykit into the car, so I wouldn't have thought it would be that bad (Just don't thrash your car everywhere  )

make sure your wheels dont rub atall. also that your bumpers never hit the ground cos if any of that happens then it will crack in no time. also remember that you wont be able to take your bumpers off without payiong for some more paint work.
